We deliver within Pune and nearby serviceable areas. If your address falls outside our current delivery radius, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.
2. Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the distance from our kitchen, traffic, and preparation time for your order. We share an estimated delivery window when we confirm the order.
3. Delivery charges
Applicable delivery charges are displayed during checkout, before you confirm payment. Bulk and catering orders may be quoted separately.
4. Accurate address & contact number
Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, landmark and contact number. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details, unreachable phone or nobody at the address are not eligible for a refund.
