By accessing or using the MK Samosa House website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Website usage
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial ordering of our products. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it in an unauthorised way, or interfere with its normal operation.
2. Product availability
All products are subject to availability. We may withdraw or modify any product without notice. In case an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and issue a full refund for that item.
3. Pricing
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but any change will not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Order confirmation
An order is confirmed only after successful payment and a confirmation message from us (WhatsApp, SMS or email). Merely adding items to the cart or initiating payment does not create a binding order.
5. Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before preparation begins. Once food preparation has started, cancellations are not possible. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
6. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and delivery details.
- Be available at the delivery address at the agreed time.
- Inspect the order at the time of delivery and raise any concern immediately.
- Treat our delivery staff with respect.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the MK Samosa House name, logo, images, product photography and text — is the intellectual property of MK Enterprises and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MK Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
